Foulston Siefkin LLP Adds New Attorneys in KC, Topeka, and Wichita Offices

All three Foulston Siefkin LLP office locations – in Kansas City, Topeka, and Wichita – welcomed new attorneys this fall, bringing the firm’s attorney roster totals to more than 90. New associate Rachel Gonzales is in the Kansas City office, Cameron Edens and Nicholas Kaechele are based in Wichita, and Andrew Foreman works from the Topeka office.

Cameron Edens works with clients to understand their goals and create estate and trust plans to reach them, whether that’s succession planning, asset allocation, philanthropy, or other factors. Before joining Foulston, Cameron interned at Cambridge Investment Research, broadening his insight into financial and investment management. Cameron is a Juris Doctor graduate of Washburn University School of Law, where he was awarded a Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship, following his Kansas State University Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in economics and personal financial planning.

Andrew Foreman practices in the areas of business, tax, real estate, and estate planning, with experience in litigation and government affairs research. Andrew brings a strong tax and entrepreneurial background through internships with a law firm and two CPA firms. He led student teams to a dozen wins in business competitions and briefly ran a startup company focused on sustainable protein production. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, where he served as a junior staff writer and articles editor of the Washburn Law Journal. He graduated Washburn University School of Business summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Entrepreneurship.

Nicholas Kaechele is an attorney in Foulston’s litigation practice group, where he helps clients resolve disputes and handle litigation on a broad range of matters. He has a particular interest in the areas of natural resources, water, oil and gas, and real estate law. Nick served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Eric F. Melgren in the District Court for the District of Kansas, giving him first-hand insight into the justice system. A Juris Doctor graduate of Washburn University School of Law, Nick was a junior staff writer and served on the Board of Editors for the Washburn Law Journal. His experience also includes internships with a law firm and with then-Kansas Senate majority leader Jim Denning. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Political Science from Kansas State University magna cum laude.
