Chapman joins Bartlett & West to develop Power Delivery team

Neal Chapman recently joined Bartlett & West as senior project manager on the Power Delivery team. He brings nearly 30 years of industry experience working for electric utilities, project developers and engineering firms.

Chapman will be a resource to support power delivery projects of all sizes throughout the company. In this position, he will be at the forefront of leading the growth of Bartlett & West’s presence in the design and delivery of electrical transmission, distribution and substation projects.

Chapman is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Missouri, Kansas and Nevada. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla. His specialty and main career focus has been in overhead line design and has managed numerous projects that vary in size, voltage and scale up to 250 miles and $400 million.

Currently, Bartlett & West provides clients in Kansas and Missouri with surveying and civil site design on electrical infrastructure projects.
