Silver Lake Bank Adds Deposit Manager

Silver Lake Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of a deposit manager for Silver Lake Bank.

Pam Szuba, Topeka, recently joined Silver Lake Bank as deposit manager. It is a new position for the growing family-owned community bank. She is based at our home office in Topeka but will be visible and active in all 6 branches.

“We provide excellence in customer service and Pam delivers it personally while also working with our branch teams to do so too,” said Brice Feldt, Chief Operating Officer of the 115-year-old family-owned Silver Lake Bank. “She brings a wealth of experience benefiting both our team and our customers.”

Pam is a Topeka native who has a successful banking career in multiple locations including Germany, Texas, Washington, Georgia, and Topeka while following her husband’s military career.

“Pam is a great addition to our team,” said Feldt. “She is an accomplished banking professional with a genuine desire to create lasting long-term customer relationships and consistently provide the best customer experience that we can.”

Pam and her husband have 2 adult children in Topeka.
