Advisors Excel Raises a Record $1.36 Million for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®
What started with a prayer more than 70 years ago, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®, has helped push the childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent. With hopes to make a substantial impact and continue St. Jude's mission, Advisors Excel and its affiliated financial professionals recently raised $1.36 million to help further the cause.
This significant donation will support St. Jude in advancing treatments and cures for life- threatening pediatric diseases and the institution's promise that no family will ever receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food so they can focus on helping their child live.
"I can't think of a worse thing than being told your child is seriously ill and you can't afford the expensive treatment,' said Advisors Excel Co-Founder Cody Foster. "Our family of affiliated financial professionals really took St. Jude's mission to heart, and we are thrilled with the record amount we were able to raise."

We are incredibly grateful for their support, which will help St. Jude impact the more than 400,000 children around the world with cancer and other life-threatening diseases each year."
Advisors Excel raised funds in conjunction with more than 450 of the nation's top financial professionals recently attending a two-day training event in Las Vegas. The company hosts the event annually, including an opportunity to raise money for a worthy cause. At the 2023 event, nearly $1.1 million was raised for Folds of Honor. Since 2008, Advisors Excel and its affiliated independent financial professionals have raised approximately $7.7 million to help incredible nonprofits and organizations nationwide.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital® opened in 1962, a time when childhood cancer was considered incurable. Thomas, a young entertainer with a baby on the way, grew desperate to provide for his family. He turned to St. Jude Thaddeus, the patron saint of hopeless causes, and vowed: "Show me my way in life, and I will build you a shrine." Thomas used his fame to fulfill his vow and change the lives of thousands of children and families worldwide.
