Intelligent Banking Solutions Welcomes Ronnie Wooten as CEO

Intelligent Banking Solutions Inc. (“IBS”), the market leader in debt collection and asset recovery management software for financial institutions, announced the appointment of Ronnie Wooten as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Wooten will continue her role as the CEO of Suntell, a position she has held since 2022. Both companies are part of Arcadea Group, a global, long-hold and growth-oriented SaaS investor. Wooten touts more than 33 years of financial industry experience across retail, lending and operations.

Wooten earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Ottawa University. By the time she graduated, she had worked her way from teller to loan secretary to residential mortgage loan underwriter. She later held positions as an internal staff auditor for a large S&L, as an asset operations specialist for the RTC (Resolution Trust Corporation) and as a credit operations officer at a commercial bank.

At Suntell, Wooten started as a compliance officer before diversifying her skill set as a product manager, quality assurance manager, sales engineer, customer service manager and development manager. Suntell went on to appoint Wooten as president and COO, a position she held until her promotion to CEO in 2022.

“I have dedicated my career to empowering community banks through technology solutions that streamline operations and drive success,” said Wooten. “Leading Intelligent Banking Solutions allows me to further this mission, leveraging our superior software to support the growth and competitiveness of banks and credit unions.”

IBS helps collections officers stay competitive by supplying them with their fully customizable CARM-Pro™ collections and asset recovery software. With Wooten at the helm, the company will continue to deliver cutting-edge software solutions for banks and credit unions.

“I love to help organizations modernize, streamline and be successful. I’m excited to bring this dedication to IBS,” said Wooten.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Wooten is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She volunteered as an operations coordinator for a local non-profit and served as a program administrator for youth baseball and softball.
