Midland Care has announced the Midland Care Community Champions Gala on September 20, 2024. The event will be a celebration of individuals who have exemplified meaningful and engaged aging by giving back to our community. This event is not just about recognition; it's about making a difference. All proceeds will directly benefit the Midland Care Meals on Wheels program, which serves Shawnee, Jefferson, and Douglas counties.

Nomination Deadline: July 15, 2024
Eligibility: Honorees must live in the Meals on Wheels service area of Shawnee, Jefferson, and Douglas counties and be at or near retirement age.
Purpose: To benefit Midland Care Meals on Wheels and recognize exemplary community members
