Powerhouse Speakers Take The Stage, Provide Actionable Insight At The Elevation Network’s Sold-Out 2024 Rise & Thrive Conference

The Elevation Network, a Topeka-based small business focused on coaching and empowering women, is proud to announce the successful execution of its third-annual Rise & Thrive Conference, an in-person experience designed for women looking to take their lives and businesses to the next level. The 2024 Rise & Thrive Conference unfolded over the course of two days, featuring speakers and panelists who covered topics related to how women evolve as entrepreneurs and step into their callings with confidence.

Held Aug. 16-17 at multiple Topeka venues, the 2024 Rise & Thrive Conference sold out ahead of the event. The theme, “Activating Your Mission,” encouraged each attendee to identify their individual purpose and discover how they might pursue that purpose with passion.

Friday’s activity included a “VIP Happy Hour” at the Topeka Zoo’s Kay McFarland Japanese Garden & Venue, with business-focused panel discussions featuring local leaders and entrepreneurs like Tara Dimick, Abbey Brown, Kirsten Flory, Leslie Fleuranges, and Alycia Weakland.

Saturday’s programming, hosted by The Brownstone and dubbed “The Main Event,” kicked off with networking and pop-up shops by women-owned vendors, including Astera Fresh Cut Blooms, Clay Like Me, Essential Henna, Defie Photography, and The Mix. Saturday also featured an opening act by I AM Passionate, a keynote speech by Stacia Williams of Kansas City-based Williams Financial Group, a conversation with Cortney Streeter of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, and presentations by coach and speaker Dr. Lindsay Roberts and the Kansas Department of Commerce’s Taylor Overton.

The conference’s 2024 sponsors included “Champion for Women Sponsors” Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Fronza & Francis LLC, and US Bank; “Empowering Women Sponsors” ACA Event Rental and Azura Credit Union; “Leadership Sponsor” Kansas Department of Commerce; and supporting sponsors Calm Catalyst, Cashmere Popcorn, Milestone Market, Tender Loving Care Pet Nursing Hotel, and Valor Venue.

“I believe so firmly in the mission of this experience, and couldn’t be more proud of the Rise & Thrive planning team and our volunteers for helping bring my vision for Rise & Thrive to life,” said Danielle J. Martin, founder of The Elevation Network and creator of the Rise & Thrive Conference. “What we’re doing here is truly changing women’s lives. And we’re just getting started! I’m so thankful to the speakers, panelists, and businesses who made this year’s event possible. I hope to see many of our 2024 attendees join us again in 2025 as we, too, level up and elevate the experience even further.”

Planning for the 2025 Rise & Conference is already underway. Next year’s experience will be held at Townsite 16 and the Townsite Avenue Ballroom, both downtown venues inside Townsite Topeka.
