Bartlett & West recognized for its fast growth through Zweig Group’s 2025 Hot Firm List

Bartlett & West is proud to announce it has been named to the 2025 Hot Firm List by Zweig Group, ranking 35th among the 100 fastest-growing architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms in the United States and Canada. This prestigious list recognizes firms that have outperformed the economy and their peers through a combination of strategic growth, operational excellence and a commitment to innovation. Rankings are based on a score that combines percentage revenue growth and dollar revenue growth over a three-year period.

“The 2025 Hot Firms are a reflection of the strength and resilience of the AEC industry,” said Chad Clinehens, president and CEO of Zweig Group. “These companies have achieved remarkable growth while navigating market shifts, talent shortages, and increased competition. Their success highlights the value of strategic leadership, strong culture, and the ability to adapt and innovate.”

To be eligible for the Hot Firm List, firms must have earned at least $500,000 in gross revenue in 2021, at least $1 million by 2024, and must have derived at least 50% of that revenue from AEC services.

Bartlett & West joins an elite group of firms setting the pace for the future of the built environment. Winners will be formally recognized at a black-tie gala during the 2025 ElevateAEC Conference & Awards Gala, to be held September 9–11, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.
