Capper Open Golf Tournament to Champion Inclusion and Community Support in Topeka

Capper Foundation is excited to welcome the Topeka community to the Capper Open Golf Tournament on Friday, August 8, 2025, at the Topeka Country Club. This inspiring event is more than just a day on the course—it’s a celebration of inclusion, connection, and the power of community. Held in conjunction with the nationally recognized I GOT THIS Adaptive Golf Camp, the tournament brings together golfers, families, and advocates for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for a meaningful and memorable experience.

The Capper Open supports Capper Foundation’s Children’s Ability Fund, which helps families access essential services and opportunities, including adaptive sports programs like golf. Participants will enjoy a full day of camaraderie and competition, capped off with a special awards reception featuring Amy Bockerstette, founder of the I GOT THIS Foundation and friend of PGA Tour pro Gary Woodland. The event will also include exciting on-course contests, prizes, and exclusive player perks—all while supporting a cause that makes a lasting impact.
