Topeka Zoo Announces Line-Up For Brew At The Zoo Dunk Tank
The Topeka Zoo & Conservation center is gearing up for its annual fundraiser, Brew at the Zoo presented by Kendall Construction, happening on Saturday, September 13! Besides serving fresh samples from over 10 local breweries and hosting some of the best food trucks, Brew at the Zoo includes exciting LIVE entertainment- this year’s addition being a dunk tank where attendees can pay to get a chance to dunk a local Topeka ‘celebrity’.
Players can purchase 3 chances at dunking their celebrity choice for $5, with each purchase directly supporting the Zoo and its conservation efforts. It’s a friendly competition to see who can raise the most support, so don’t hold back on dunking your favorite person(s)!
Meet your choices for dunking (and their time frame in the tank)-
Victoria Calhoun (6:30 – 7:00 pm): Morning Anchor for KSNT-TV
Sean Dixon (7:00 pm – 7:30 pm)- President of Visit Topeka and SVP of Greater Topeka Partnership
Reina Flores (7:30 pm – 8:00 pm)- Morning Anchor for WIBW-TV
Fred C. Patton (8:00 pm – 8:30 pm)- Board President of Friends of the Topeka Zoo Board, former State Representative
