Jennifer Sourk of Midwest Health, Inc. Appointed to American Health Law Association Leadership Role
Jennifer Sourk of Midwest Health, Inc. has been appointed to serve as a member of the Long Term and Post-Acute Care Law and Compliance committee at the American Health Law Association (AHLA), effective July 1, 2026.
AHLA is the nation's largest nonpartisan educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field, serving more than 12,000 members nationwide. In this volunteer leadership role, Sourk will help shape AHLA's educational programming and member engagement efforts around senior living and other facets of law affecting elders.

Sourk has been the in-house counsel for Midwest Health, Inc. for over a decade. At Midwest Health, Inc. Sourk manages legal affairs, strategic business transactions, risk management and compliance. Previous volunteer commitments include Downtown Topeka, Inc., Topeka Community Foundation, TARC Foundation, and Junior League of Topeka where Sourk was previously president.
