Heartland Dermatology Announces Acquisition of Ricks Dermatology and Radiance Medical Spa

Heartland Dermatology, the leading dermatology practice in Kansas, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Ricks Dermatology and Radiance Medical Spa, effective January 1, 2027.

The partnership brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to delivering exceptional dermatologic care and expanding access to high-quality services throughout Kansas.

Founded and led by Dr. Matt Ricks, Ricks Dermatology has become the premier dermatology practice serving the Topeka and Lawrence communities over the past decade. The practice offers comprehensive medical dermatology, skin cancer surgery, Mohs micrographic surgery, and aesthetic services through Radiance Medical Spa.

As part of the acquisition, patients will continue receiving care from the same trusted providers at the same clinic locations, with no interruption in services. Radiance Medical Spa will be rebranded as Heartland Aesthetica and will become part of Heartland's growing portfolio of aesthetic services.
