UV&S Acquires London-Based Coloursonic, Expanding Graphics Production Services
UV&S Inc. has acquired Coloursonic, a London-based large-format printing and installation company. The acquisition expands the capabilities of UV&S Event Services while adding a broader range of standalone print and graphics services to the UV&S portfolio.
Coloursonic provides services including event and exhibition graphics, retail and interior graphics, signage, advertising hoardings, window and outdoor graphics, vehicle branding, bespoke projects, and full project management, including design and installation, to clients across a variety of industries.

Founders and owners Paul and Michaela Chandler will remain with Coloursonic for the next year, while Matt Chandler will lead the team as Director moving forward. Operating from its Central London location as a division of UV&S, Coloursonic will have access to broader resources and opportunities to collaborate with UV&S Event Services and other UV&S divisions. These expanded resources will strengthen UV&S’s ability to support clients and partners throughout the UK, Europe, and worldwide.

The acquisition marks the latest step in UV&S’s long-term strategy of diversifying and growing its service offerings. Coloursonic adds both production capacity and a broader range of graphics services to those existing capabilities.
