2ND ANNUAL WOMEN’S FORUM AND PANEL DISCUSSION “Carving a New American Business Landscape”

EMBD Women’s Initiative's 2nd Annual Women’s Forum will beApril 28, 3:00-5:30 p.m., at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in the Emerald Ball Room.  Guest speaker is Ms. Roberta Phillips, Executive Director of the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Center for Women in Business.  The Center for Women in Business promotes and Robertaempowers women to achieve their personal and professional goals by increasing their opportunities to serve on corporate boards and in the C-suite; mentoring them in all stages of their careers; and building a network for women entrepreneurs to encourage peer-to-peer networking, education, and professional growth. Ms. Phillips will present information from the following research  reports: Women in Leadership, Advancing Women to the Top and Carving A New American Business Landscape.
