This year, the area is barricaded and secured for your little goblins' safety, from 6th Street to 8th Street on Kansas Avenue. A variety of entertainment, kid friendly activities and mascots will be part of the fun

The event is brought to you by Downtown Topeka, Inc., businesses of downtown, across the city, and area organizations! Bring the kids, but no pets, please!
