Internal Medicine Physician Ferdinand G. Pampolina, M.D., Joins Cotton O’Neil Clinic
Dr. Pampolina’s family had an influence in his decision to go into medicine. His mother was a nurse and his uncle a physician. Dr. Pampolina wanted to find a career that would allow him to make a difference, and he wanted to help the population with the most need. “My patients bestow their trust in me,” said Dr. Pampolina. “I want to be deserving of that trust. I am aware of the tremendous responsibility that trust is asking of me.”
Stormont Vail Health is proud to announce that Dr. Pampolina has joined our medical team and will practice as an internal medicine physician. His practice will be located at 909 S.W. Mulvane St. in Topeka.
Dr. Pampolina’s patients describe him as thorough, friendly, systematic, and non-judgmental. He is known for his beside manner and respect for his patient’s time.
He received his medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, in 1985. He completed an obstetrics and gynecology residency in 1993 at Rizal Medicine Center, Manila, Philippines. He completed an internal medicine residency in 1998 at Brookdale University Hospital and Medicine Center, Brooklyn, New York.
He enjoys working on cars and spending time with his wife of 25 years, and he is extremely proud of his three beautiful daughters. He describes himself as a “foodie” and supports Kansas City Royals baseball, Kansas City Chiefs football and follows the sport of boxing.
