Back in 1927, Ed Bozarth’s father, Charlie Bozarth, opened a Phillips 66 full-service gas station just south of Topeka. Over the years, Ed grew up with the understanding that his customer’s needs came first and that their complete satisfaction meant they would be back—hopefully bringing their families and friends with them. Even though full-service gas stations have since disappeared, the Bozarth full-service commitment to their customers has not changed.
