A Community Open House event was held on Sunday, April 24, at the Cotton O’Neil Kanza Park building, 2660 S.W. 3rd St. About the Cotton O’Neil Kanza Park Building:
The second floor (top level) of the new building houses Cotton O’Neil Orthopedic & Sports Medicine (the new name of the combined practices of Kansas Orthopedic and Sports Medicine and Cotton O’Neil Orthopedic Surgery). Physicians who are located in this building include:

- Michael McCoy, M.D.
- Joseph Mumford, M.D.
- Bradley Poole, M.D.
- Michael Smith, M.D.
- Shaun Steeby, M.D.
- Brett Wallace, M.D.

Parking and entry for Cotton O’Neil Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is on the west side of the building.
Cotton O’Neil Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy services, formerly located at Fleming Place and at KOSM) is located on the first floor (middle level) of the building. The parking and entrance for this service is also on the west side of the building.
Stormont Vail Single Day Surgery relocated from its previous location at 823 Mulvane, to the lower level of the new building. The parking and entrance for this service is on the east side of the building, closest to MacVicar St.
The total building space is 88,000 square feet and features a total of 266 parking spaces in both lots to accommodate new patients. All services within the building started seeing patients and the first outpatient surgery case was performed in January.
