Dr. Westberg joins Stormont Vail

Dr. Westberg joins Stormont Vail

She graduated from Manhattan High School and has spent nearly two years back in the town she calls home. For the families she serves, she has one common goal: to focus on delivering outstanding care to multiple generations of Manhattanites.

Dr. Westberg joined the Stormont Vail medical team and will practice as a family medicine physician. Her practice will be located at Cotton O’Neil Manhattan, 1133 College Ave., Suite E-110, in Manhattan.

“I really enjoy seeing multi-generational families,” said Dr. Westberg. “Caring for babies, children, parents and grandparents is fulfilling, and I am invested in the families I see. It is why I went into family medicine.”

Dr. Westberg’s patients describe her as caring, empathetic, honest and thorough. The stories of their lives become her stories.

She received her medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, Kansas, in 2008. She completed a family medicine residency in 2011 at St. Vincent’s Family Medicine Residency, Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Westberg is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP) and a member of the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians. She enjoys running, reading and being outdoors.

Dr. Westberg is accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, call Health Connections at (785) 354-5225.
