The 8(a) Business Development Program
The 8(a) Business Development Program is a 9-year program designed to assist eligible socially and economically disadvantaged individuals grow and succeed in their business ventures through various means of support. Certified 8(a) firms are considered small disadvantaged concerns for federal contracting purposes.

The All Small Mentor Protégé Program helps small businesses access Federal contracts by fostering private-sector relationships between approved small business mentors and protégés.
