STEVENSON COMPANY PROMOTES SHUGHART TO CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE
He brings 28 years of industry experience and has been a part of the Stevenson team for 9 years. “Mark works with our customers in an exceptional way, partnering in the design and installation of fabrications inside industrial plants,” said Joe Penningtion, president. “He takes promises seriously and always delivers on time.”
Shughart will manage various projects and guide team members, as well as lead safety training. While not at work, Shughart enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his 3 grandchildren.
In 1986, Shughart trained as an apprentice at Pennco, Inc. He worked at Young’s, Inc., for 7 years, rising to the position of Shop Foreman. He then joined Stevenson in 1997. In 2004, Shughart took a 12-year hiatus to represent the sheet metal workers for Local Union 2 in Kansas City, MO. Shughart returned to Stevenson in 2016 as a valuable member of Stevenson’s team.
