Participants who entered the coloring contest had a chance to win one of four bikes in three different age categories. 0-3, 4-8, 9-12.

"We have close to 100 submissions with some very creative aspiring artists! We wish we could give everyone who entered a bicycle!" said Staci Ogle, Program Coordinator for the district.

Children were encouraged to be extra creative exploring many coloring mediums, however winners aren't chosen based off of the quality of the coloring, but rather a drawing that will be held inside the NOTO Art Center Friday evening at 6:00 pm.

"It's going to be an eventful evening, we'll have Santa here to help us with the bicycle giveaway and get your last minute Santa photo's in" said Ogle. "We’ll also be announcing the winner to our Small Business Saturday Gift Basket, which has a value over $300"

The NOTO Holiday Open house starts at 5pm with retail business's staying open until 8pm.
