TK: What is the most important characteristic that every leader should possess? Why?
Compassion. Leading is about people and if you don’t care, they will know.
TK: What motivates or inspires you?
My kids, I want them to be proud of me. Also, other women who are sacrificing, juggling, executing and persevering to achieve and accomplish their goals. These amazing women inspire me to focus on a better version of me.
TK: Best advice you have received?
Don’t share everything with the world. Let your actions speak for themselves and always stay humble.
