What is your theme song?
“Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes because it has a very motivational feeling to it and without motivation there’s no progress.
What inspires you?
My family inspires me because they have overcome many obstacles since arriving in the United States. It drives me to work hard every day and give back for all their sacrifices. Our employees inspire me as well. They’re great individuals with a lot of skills and knowledge. I would like to offer all kinds of great benefits because I believe they are the backbone of the company and also the reason our company has been growing.
What is the most important characteristic that every leader should possess?
I believe that every leader should be able to make every surrounding individual better. Leaders should be able to build teams. One should have the ability to create more leaders in our community. In order for this to happen, one must have respect towards his/her community.
What is the meaning of your name?
“Defender of The People.” I try to live up to that meaning by acting as a leader who respects each and everyone. Also speaking up for those who don't have voices in our community.
What is the best advice you've ever heard?
“Nothing great comes from comfort zones.” With this quote I have been able to push myself out of my comfort zone.
