What inspires you?
Those around me, particularly my mom and husband. My family, friends and co-workers inspire and empower me to be the best version of myself.
What is the most important characteristic that every leader should possess?
Openness. A leader should be open to different perspectives, open to learning new things, and open to exploring others’ ideas. Being open allows for creation and growth and can help validate those involved.
What is the meaning of your name?
The literal translation is meadow of ash trees.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?
“No” is not a dirty word. Don’t be afraid to hear it, and don’t be afraid to say it.
