LGT 2021 | Carole Williams
What do you wish someone had told you long ago?
To start saving and investing your money at an early age.
What three hashtags describe you best?
#justsayno It's hard for me to tell people no, so I end up doing things that I really don't want to do or don't have the time to do, which leads to a lot of long nights and lack of rest.
#I'mnotreallythatmean I am normally in charge of events and I'm pretty demanding about how I want things done. This has earned me the title of "the general'' in some circles. I am also a probation officer with a pretty direct and authoritative manner, so people may be a little scared of me.
#workerbeeI am a very hard worker and love to see things done in excellence. I'm normally the first one there and the last to leave when it comes to working an event.
What leader do you admire the most?
Bobbie Smith is one of the smartest, kindest people and just has a genuine good heart. He shares his vast biblical knowledge in a way that has helped many people strengthen their relationship with Christ. He is also a financial advisor and has helped many with financial matters to help people develop long term wealth. He is the type of man that quietly has had a great impact on my life and the lives of many others.
What brings you joy?
My joy comes from making others happy. I love to plan parties and events mainly because I want to do things that may make other people feel special and happy. Seeing my children happy and thriving also brings me joy. My joy simply comes from seeing others happy, whether I had input into the situation or not.
