What is your theme song?
“You Must Break” by Tasha Cobbs Leonard featuring Kierra Sheard. This song reminds me that I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!
What inspires you?
I allow people, whether it be church members, coworkers, friends, even strangers, to give me inspiration. I tend to observe, listen and learn from them.
What is the most important characteristic of a leader?
Empathy. An effective leader exudes empathy because they have a keen understanding of caring for others without having to actually be placed in their positions. It helps them make wise decisions where mostly everyone wins.
What does your name mean?
Rare. Interestingly enough, I have only come across one other person with my name and she friended me on Facebook for that exact commonality. I was once told by an African co-worker that in his country my name meant rare.
What is the best advice you have heard?
You are no better or worse than anyone else, so knowing this you must treat everyone you encounter the same.
