What do you love most about your work?
The fact that every day I make a difference. The skill set that is fundamentally who I am makes me uniquely qualified to do my job well.
What are your strengths?
I would say my biggest strength is my adaptability. Change does not inspire fear in me, quite the opposite. When there is change there is the chance for transformation, for metamorphosis. This energizes me and creates the opportunity for regeneration.
How have you evolved and grown during your career?
Having been at my company for 36+ years, I have both personally and professionally mellowed with age. Perspective, patience and focus have all improved so much!
What motivates you?
That I am the result of the love of thousands that have come before me, my ancestors are my guides and I strive to honor them every day.
What is your favorite app?
You Tube. So. Much. Information.
What 3 critical skills help you in your work?
Attention to detail, acquisition of knowledge, being unconcerned with being liked
What should one never take for granted?
The ability and right to make decisions for oneself
What has been your biggest Aha! moment?
When I became aware that we as humans are created from the components of supernovae and suddenly understood where I stood in relation to the universe. “We are brothers to the planets and sisters to the stars”
