Topeka Zoo Announces, “Boo at the Zoo” Dates
The Topeka Zoo is excited to announce the dates for its highly anticipated annual event, “Boo at the Zoo.” This year, the festive celebration will take place on October 19th and 26th, 2024.
Boo at the Zoo offers a fun and safe Halloween experience for visitors of all ages. Guests are invited to don their favorite costumes, stroll through the zoo, and enjoy trick-or-treating with a variety of vendors. In addition to Halloween-themed treats, there will be special enrichment activities featuring the zoo’s animals.
“Boo at the Zoo is one of our favorite events of the year. It’s wonderful to see the community come together, and we love the creativity of the costumes worn by both kids and vendors,” said Shanna Simpson, Animal Curator.
The event will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on both dates, with the zoo operating during its normal hours. Admission to Boo at the Zoo is included with regular zoo admission. Members can enjoy express entry on the south side of the zoo, near the Giraffe and Friends Exhibit, to bypass the lines.
