Mize Cpas Inc. Named One Of The 2024 Top Workplaces Usa
Mize CPAs Inc. announces it has earned the 2024 Top Workplaces USA award issued by Energage. Mize is the only business headquartered in Kansas (150-499 employees) to earn this honor, and the Great Plains regional award.

The Top Workplaces designation is earned from comprehensive feedback gathered through the anonymous Energage Workplace Survey, demonstrating Mize’s commitment to fostering a supportive and fulfilling environment for its employees. Some key points from the survey include:
Eighty-five percent of employees feel respected and supported;
Eighty-three percent of employees feel enabled to grow;
Ninety percent of employees feel they have work-life flexibility.

Marrs added that Mize is a leader in the industry with workload and hours management. Mize's annual cap of hours translates to under 45 hours a week.
Energage invited more than 42,000 organizations to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. The employers named on the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
