Welcoming Tiffany Hall as Executive Director of the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation

We are pleased to share that the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation has appointed Tiffany Hall as its new Executive Director, providing executive oversight of Leadership Kansas and the Foundation’s affiliated programs, including the Kansas Manufacturing Council, Kansas Retail Council, and Kansas Military and Veterans Affairs Council.

In this role, Tiffany will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Education Foundation, with a strong focus on the continued growth and long-term sustainability of Leadership Kansas. She will serve as the primary staff liaison to the Foundation Board of Directors and the Leadership Kansas Board of Advisors while overseeing statewide leadership programming, alumni engagement, sponsor relations, and industry council coordination.

“Tiffany brings a deep understanding of Kansas’ business community and a proven ability to connect leaders, ideas, and opportunity,” said Eric Stafford, President and CEO of the Kansas Chamber. “Her experience building programs and working alongside business and civic leaders across the state makes her exceptionally well-suited to lead the Education Foundation and Leadership Kansas into the future.”

Tiffany brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across chambers of commerce, economic development, healthcare philanthropy, and workforce initiatives. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Membership for the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation, where she worked closely with business and community leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines and regional partnerships.

Her career also includes leadership roles with the LMH Health Foundation, Stormont Vail Healthcare, and the Greater Topeka Partnership, where she helped develop and fund professional development initiatives, including a young professionals program that later became The Forge.

“I am honored to step into this role and continue advancing the mission of the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation,” Hall said. “Leadership Kansas plays a critical role in shaping connected, informed leaders across the state, and I look forward to working with our alumni, boards, and partners to expand opportunity statewide.”

We also extend our sincere thanks to Amy Billquist, Vice President of Communications and Events, for stepping in as Interim Executive Director of Leadership Kansas and ensuring program continuity during this transition. Amy will officially hand off the program to Tiffany at the beginning of May. We look forward to the continued impact of Leadership Kansas and the Kansas Chamber Education Foundation under Tiffany's leadership.
