Start with one small change a week. You have to “make an appointment” to exercise, otherwise you will find excuses not to. It’s not easy but you can do it. Keep moving and drink lots of water.

Trying to make a change is always difficult. I tried to make a change every week in my meals and tried to add 30 minutes of walking and two days of weights. I failed several times due to letting life get in the way. But kept getting back on track.
