Dermatologist Zachary Bryan, M.D., Joins Stormont Vail Health
As a student in high school, Dr. Bryan was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. He credits his interest in medicine to the rheumatologist who treated him.
“I was very grateful to him and what he did for me,” Bryan said. “I wanted to get on the other side of that and try to do the same for others by being able to help people in need.”
Dr. Bryan received his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri, in 2015. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kansas, in 2019.
“What I like about dermatology is that we can treat or cure most of the varying diseases that we see,” Bryan said. “I find that patients are really grateful when you are able to help them out and fix their problems.”
When not in the clinic, Dr. Bryan enjoys weightlifting, running and exercising as well as cheering for his favorite NFL team, the Kansas City Chiefs.
