TK: What is the most important characteristic that every leader should possess? Why? 

I believe integrity is one of the most important characteristics that every leader should possess. As a child, I used to believe it was hard work and honesty, but as an adult I’ve seen many leaders work hard at being dishonest.

TK: What motivates or inspires you? 

My wife said she does, so I have to go with that answer

TK: What was your first job and what did you learn from it? 

My first job was working at a retail clothing store called Aeropostale. I learned sales, money management, flattering, how to fold neatly, and how to work with others.
