Envista Announces New Vice President of Member Experience

Jamie Beaton was recently named the Vice President of Member Experience at Envista Credit Union. Beaton will lead Envista’s continued effort to provide a high-quality, personalized experience online, over the phone and in the branch.

“The highest possible member service experience has always been central to Envista’s mission,” said Ron Smeltzer, president and CEO of Envista Credit Union. “We are confident that Jamie’s knowledge and experience in this important area will enhance the member service experience for all Envista accountholders.”

With more than 17 years of experience at Envista, Beaton most recently served as Envista’s Vice President of Mortgage Services. Under Beaton’s leadership, the mortgage servicing team had a record-breaking number of closed loans in 2020 and converted their servicing platform. As a Branch Manager of Envista’s North Topeka branch, Beaton and her team received Branch of the Year three times. She has received Envista’s highest honor of President’s Award for Excellence twice, the Sales Excellence Gold Award five times, the Sales Excellence Silver Award three times, and the Insurance Sales Excellence Award three times. Beaton is active in the community and served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Topeka.
