Capper Foundation names Stephanie Broxterman as VP of Human Resources

Capper Foundation is excited to announce that Stephanie Broxterman has joined their staff as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Broxterman will oversee organizational personnel practices, policies, recruitment and retention of staff and volunteers for the organization’s entire service area that includes Topeka, El Dorado, Winfield, and Arkansas City. She will also serve as a member of the Senior Management Team. 

Ms. Broxterman comes to Capper Foundation with over 10 years of Human Resources experience having worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. She is a native of Wichita, KS where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration & Management from Friends University in 2011. Ms. Broxterman, her husband, Ben, and their children have lived in Topeka since 2014.
