Share Your Perception and Community Satisfaction in Topeka & Shawnee County

The Greater Topeka Partnership recently launched its 2022 Net Promoter Score (NPS) Survey to measure the latest local perception and community satisfaction in Topeka and Shawnee County. The survey comes as the community wraps up Momentum 2022 and looks to implement Momentum 2027, the community’s next comprehensive development strategy, at the start of 2023. The latest NPS survey is expected to remain open through the end of August and may be accessed here: www.surveymonkey.com/r/M2022-NPS-Media.

“We’re encouraging everyone in Topeka and Shawnee County to take this survey, because our Net Promoter Score is a key indicator of how far we’ve come as a community, and how much work is left to do,” said Michelle Cuevas-Stubblefield, the GTP’s senior vice president of strategy for Momentum 2027. “The results of our 2022 survey are going to inform our Momentum 2027 work, as we look to increase equity and opportunity for all.”

Regularly leveraged by Fortune 500 companies and various players in the business world, Net Promoter Score is a tool that has been used by the GTP since 2017 to gauge community morale. Each year, the survey poses a version of the same question: “How likely is it that you would recommend Topeka and Shawnee County?” Between 2017 and 2021, the community’s score rose by about 40%. The partnership expects the upward trend to persist as Momentum 2027 gets underway and the community continues to move forward.
