I knew I wasn’t taking proper care of myself and felt this was the perfect opportunity to get my act together!
I have a long ways to go, but I have lost 15 pounds. I am more aware of what I am eating and am making healthier lifestyle choices.
Challenges to Overcome
Learning to take care of ME!! Learning that is ok to say NO! I am a very giving person and typically put others needs before mine. While this is an integral part of my character and second nature for me, I now see that I give at the risk of not taking care of ME!
One Goal Achieved
To slow down and focus on my own wellbeing. If I don’t, I won’t be around to enjoy my family! I have grandbabies and another grandbaby on the way that I need to be around to spoil!!
