Advice

Challenge yourself! Take a 3-5 day challenge of being more active & eating healthier. Compare how you felt before your challenge and how much better you feel afterwards. Then choose which course you want to take. Surround yourself with positive attitudes and laughter!!

Why BetterU?
I knew I wasn’t taking proper care of myself and felt this was the perfect opportunity to get my act together!

BetterU Success
I have a long ways to go, but I have lost 15 pounds. I am more aware of what I am eating and am making healthier lifestyle choices.

Challenges to Overcome
Learning to take care of ME!! Learning that is ok to say NO! I am a very giving person and typically put others needs before mine.  While this is an integral part of my character and second nature for me, I now see that I give at the risk of not taking care of ME!

One Goal Achieved
To slow down and focus on my own wellbeing. If I don’t, I won’t be around to enjoy my family! I have grandbabies and another grandbaby on the way that I need to be around to spoil!!

Biggest Obstacle
Making & taking time for activity. This is still a work in progress for me.
