Earl Kemper Named 2017 ActionCOACH Partner of the Year, International Award

TOPEKA, KS—Earl Kemper, owner of ActionCOACH Empowerment in Topeka, KS was honored as the 2017 Partner of the Year and Business Planning Coach of the Year by ActionCOACH Business Coaching on Monday, February 19, 2017 at Business Excellence Awards, The Americas. The awards were hosted by ActionCOACH Business Coaching in San Diego, CA. Earl was recognized as the top performing coach among approximately 500 coaches in The Americas region which includes the United States of America, Canada, Mexico and Central America.

This is the sixth time Kemper has received Partner of the Year, The Americas (previously called Coach of the Year), with past years awarded including 2007, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2017.

“It’s amazing to look at all the things we can accomplish in the world together through business,” said Kemper in his acceptance speech. “I believe the greatest thing we can do to change the world is to change it through business.”

Kemper opened his ActionCOACH Business Coaching franchise in Lakewood, CO in 2005. His first year in the franchise, Kemper was awarded Global Coach of the Year, breaking all records for revenue generated as an individual, and won Global Coach of the Year again in 2009. In 2015, he and his wife, Jan Kemper, moved the firm to Topeka, KS where three of their children and 15 grandchildren live. Kemper’s firm consistently achieves top five status within the ActionCOACH global community.
