FHLBank Topeka supports “Stuff the Bus” supply drive for Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka
On Thursday, July 18 at 3 p.m., a Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka (BGCT) bus will arrive to gather supplies from a drive at FHLBank Topeka. The event is part of a series of summer fun activities for FHLBank employees and their families. FHLBank Topeka will present a $2,000 check to BGCT then load supplies from the BGCT Wish List into a Club bus as part of this year’s program supply drive.
“Our mission at FHLBank Topeka is to help our member financial institutions build strong communities. Supporting our community partners like Boys and Girls Club of Topeka is a big part of giving back,” said Jeff Kuzbel, president and CEO of FHLBank. “This event is a testament to the generosity of our employees. Last year, we filled the bus with supplies and hope to match that level of support in 2024.”
The media is welcome to join us for this event:

““It’s obvious that giving back to the community is a core value at FHLBank. The ongoing support we have received from the employees and their families for our annual Stuff the Bus effort has made an incredible impact over the past nine years, and the supplies and funds they contribute play a big part in making our year-round programs throughout the Greater Topeka Area possible.” – Jennifer LeClair, Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Boys & Girls Clubs of Topeka.
